No job is too big for us to complete. We are able to complete tenant improvements and building remodeling but we can also build from the bottom up. Our general contracting services include plumbing, tile work, framing, drywall, electrical and millwork. We hire only experienced and qualified subcontractors who work closely with us to accomplish our goal of getting each job done right, safely and on time.
Our demolition services include the removal of sheetrock, carpets, tiles, vct, walls, doors, frames, cabinets, counters and counter tops, cubicles, soffits, concrete, ceiling tiles, floor adhesive, millwork and acoustical ceiling.
Our detailed clean up services include vacuuming carpets, washing interior and exterior windows, cleaning doors, frames, AC grills, lights, sweeping, mopping and waxing vct floors, shampooing carpet areas and wiping down cabinets and mini blinds.
We are able to provide quality hauling services to our customers because we own our own dump trucks and dump trailers. We are able to pick up and haul away construction debris in a timely manner.
Electrical Work
Manriquez Construction provides comprehensive electrical work that shows a high level of expertise in all facets of electrical installation. We complete the job to your satisfaction.
