History

Our President, Abel Manriquez, began as a demolition and janitorial contractor. This experience led him to start his own company, Warens Services. As the company continued to evolve, more services were added. Abel’s love for the construction industry and his eagerness to continue to learn, led him to general contracting. After adding general contracting in 2005, he renamed the company, Manriquez Construction Inc.. With Abel's perspective, Manriquez Construction Inc. continues to move in a positive direction, continuously increasing efficiency, quality, and overall customer service.

	Abel Manriquez - President amanriquez@mcincconstruction.com Abel began as a demolition and janitorial contractor and originally started his company as Warens Service. By 2005 he decided to add more to his resume and included General Contracting. Abel believes in long term relationships with both his customers and employees.
	Diana Castro - Vice President dcastro@mcincconstruction.com Diana began working in the construction industry since 1999. After previously working in the construction field for six years she joins the Manriquez team. Diana oversees all aspects in Manriquez Construction. Her dedication to the success of Manriquez Construction is immeasurable.
	Jose Ramirez - Senior Supervisor jramirez@mcincconstruction.com Jose has many years under his belt as field supervisor in charge of all demolition and Janitorial jobs. He is a tremendous asset to our team. His hard work & experience has proven to be a success!
	Rodolfo Soria - Senior Estimator rsoria@mcincconstruction.com As senior estimator Rudy is currently spending most of his time estimating our Demolition and Janitorial work, and attending job walks. Rudy is a very dedicated worker and instills confidence in our customers.
